WhatsApp Data Deletion Instructions
A parent or guardian may withdraw WhatsApp consent or request deletion of WhatsApp communication data that Two Wings International School is not required to retain.
How to make a request
- Email info@twowingsis.com with the subject WhatsApp Data Request, or reply STOP to the school's WhatsApp Business number.
- Provide the guardian's name and WhatsApp number. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, identity documents, or unnecessary student information.
- The school may contact you through an existing verified channel to confirm that the request is authorized.
What happens next
After verification, the school will disable the guardian's WhatsApp opt-in and review associated messaging records. Data that is not needed for security, dispute resolution, accounting, safeguarding, or another legitimate retention obligation will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period. The school will explain if part of a request cannot be completed because a record must be retained.
Stopping WhatsApp messages does not remove the guardian or student from the school's core administration or accounting records. It only changes WhatsApp communication preferences and eligible messaging data.
